Job summary

Creative Clicks in Amsterdam is seeking a Performance Ad Designer & Video Editor to craft mobile-first ads for Meta and YouTube, turning briefs and data insights into compelling visuals. You’ll produce statics, motion graphics, and UGC edits, optimized for speed and scale.

You’ll work with the Creative Strategist and performance marketers in a fast, collaborative team, using generative AI to accelerate output. Hybrid role, 35+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of live paid social ads (statics, motion graphics, UGC)
• Mobile-first, scroll-stopping hooks and platform-safe visuals
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and fast editing
• Ability to turn briefs into multiple ad variations quickly

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first static ads and layout variations built to convert
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, 2D animation and product/UI demos
• Edit raw creator footage into fast-paced short-form videos with captions and sound
• Ensure assets meet platform safe zones and best practices
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and performance marketers to test hooks and variations
• Develop AI-powered workflows to speed up ideation and production
