Job summary

Creative Clicks in Amsterdam seeks a Performance Ad Designer & Video Editor to lead the creative engine for paid social across Meta and YouTube. You will turn briefs and performance insights into static, motion graphics and UGC edits that stop the scroll and drive action in DE/UK markets.

You’ll work AI-first, partnering with the Creative Strategist and performance marketers to test faster and ship strong ad variations at scale in a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of live paid social ads (statics, motion graphics, UGC).
• Mobile-first designs with scroll-stopping hooks and native-feeling visuals.
• Proficiency in design and video tools (Figma/Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Hands-on AI workflows (e.g., generative tools) to speed up ideation and editing.
• Ability to turn briefs and performance insights into multiple ad variations.

Responsibilities

• Ad design and production for mobile-first ads and variations.
• Fast creative iteration with data-driven adjustments and variations.
• AI-powered workflows to speed up output and scale asset creation.
