Job summary

As a Technical Application Manager, you will own the technical management of clients’ PeopleSoft environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance while driving upgrades and integrations in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as technical application manager in a technical/ERP stack.
Higher professional education level.
Solid basis in system, application and/or database management.
Strong analytical mind with ability to translate to concrete solutions for customers.
Team player who can also work independently.
Willing to work at the customer location.
Good command of Dutch and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

BeBlis’ first point of contact for the customer; review incidents, service requests and change requests.
Resolve issues you can tackle immediately; escalate with the team when needed.
Attend weekly customer meetings with the service manager.
Advise on integration and execute upgrade processes independently.
Manage advanced ERP systems such as PeopleSoft; learn quickly if not yet experienced.
