You translate functional needs into technical designs and collaborate with Business Consultants, developers, testers, UX professionals and AI agents to deliver high-quality solutions in short iterations.

You will work in small, specialized teams and help shape our AI-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development.
• Experience in multiple programming languages and understanding of underlying principles.
• Minimum higher professional education work and thinking level.
• Able to review and control code and architecture without full-time programming.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional needs into a clear technical design and choose the right architecture.
• Orchestrate AI agents for code generation, testing, and documentation with critical reviews.
• Deliver working solutions in short steps with your team.
