Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join the People Services Centre in the Netherlands. You will lead by building strong relationships with colleagues and managers, delivering accurate HR support, and resolving complex inquiries across our HR COEs and HRBPs.

You will care for our people by handling transactions, providing timely service, and guiding stakeholders through self-service tools while maintaining high-quality service levels and driving

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and case management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for People Services and manage HR inquiries across multiple countries.
• Resolve HR transactions and administrative queries within agreed service levels.
• Educate users on People Portal and self-service tools.
• Maintain HR information systems accuracy including Workday and Jira.
