Picnic Technologies is revolutionizing HR for Europe\'s fastest-growing online supermarket app. As a People Partner - Tech, you will collaborate directly with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and Data Engineers across Amsterdam, Paris, and Düsseldorf to own talent development, coaching, and scaling tech team structures.

You will drive performance management, leadership coaching, staffing decisions, and data-driven HR programs while partnering with tech leaders to enable a strong leadership

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar in a fast-paced environment (tech/engineering exposure a strong plus).
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional tech stakeholders.
• Proven project management and operations experience.
• Driven to challenge convention and reinvent how work is done.
• Natural ability to coach, support, and develop technical teams and leaders.
• Ability to apply a data-driven approach to complex people problems.
• Fluency in English (Dutch, French, or German a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Drive performance management across the tech domain with regular check-ins and reviews.
• Be a trusted advisor and coach to tech leadership to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• Manage tech staffing and talent to place engineers and product leaders in right roles.
• Drive people-related initiatives using data-driven insights for proactive solutions.
• Design and refine core tech people programs including onboarding, learning & development, and rotation.
• Collaborate with tech leaders to cultivate a strong leadership pipeline.
• Maintain operational rigor around development agreements, contracts, and compensation structures.
