We’re looking for an experienced P&C Strategic Advisor to support the development of a cohesive, scalable People strategy across SRG’s European businesses. Following a series of acquisitions, this role will bring clarity, structure and alignment across our European presence, including key locations such as Rotterdam, Antwerp and Belgium, creating a consistent approach while recognising and valuing local differences and strengths.
Working closely with the Group P&C Director, this is a highly collaborative, partnership-led role that ensures local teams feel supported and represented within SRG’s wider business vision.
You’ll bring strong experience in shaping People strategies and supporting organisations through acquisition or integration activity, and be comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments. With a genuinely people-first approach, you’ll show empathy and sensitivity when supporting teams through change, build trust quickly, and provide clear direction grounded in a strong understanding of what good looks like.
