Job summary

Specialist Risk Group is seeking an experienced P&C Strategic Advisor to shape a cohesive, scalable People strategy across SRG’s European businesses. This role will align operations in Rotterdam, Antwerp and Belgium, ensuring a consistent approach while valuing local differences and strengths.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in European HR or People & Culture integration programmes.
• Strong background in organisational design, change management and cultural integration.
• Experience across multiple European markets with understanding of regional differences.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity while maintaining strategic direction.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility across teams and geographies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (essential).

Responsibilities

• Build a clear understanding of People structures, capability and ways of working across SRG’s European businesses
• Identify key priorities, opportunities and areas for improvement through an initial discovery phase
• Support the development of a scalable European People strategy aligned to business growth and cultural ambition
• Provide guidance on P&C operating models, leadership structures and future capability requirements
• Support integration activity across multiple locations, ensuring alignment while recognising local differences
• Deliver practical improvements that strengthen engagement, cohesion and career development opportunities
