Job summary

Zenchef Group in Amsterdam is seeking a People & Office Management Intern to keep the office running smoothly, welcome guests, coordinate breakfast on select days, manage supplies, and support the People & Culture team with events and internal communications.

You bring a hospitality mindset, study background in Hospitality or Events Management, strong organizational skills, discretion, and fluency in Dutch and English. Availability to start immediately and commit through year-end is essential.

Qualifications

• Study background in Hospitality or Events Management.
• Availability to start immediately and commit through the end of the year.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day office operations and welcome guests.
• Coordinate breakfast on Tuesdays (and possibly Thursdays) and handle supplies.
• Support People & Culture team with events and internal communications.
• Maintain clean, organized office and handle ad hoc admin tasks.
• Keep records and trackers for office operations.
