Job summary

Allianz Netherlands is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to shape and implement local P&C foundations, translating global policies into the Dutch context. The role emphasizes advisory capability, legal compliance, and process improvement in a fast-growing organization.

You will work autonomously with managers and the broader P&C team, driving data-informed decisions and exploring automation to reduce repetitive work while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist background with at least 7 years in the Dutch market.
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of Dutch employment law and labour agreements.
• Experience with Works Council matters and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted first point of contact for managers on people matters, balancing business priorities with Dutch law.
• Take ownership of local topics and escalate to Country Lead or Legal when needed.
