Job summary

IKEA Delft seeks a People & Culture Manager to lead the P&C agenda and partner with the Management Team to drive growth and development. You will shape an inclusive environment where co-workers feel welcome and empowered to perform at their best.

As a strategic business partner, you will align people initiatives with business priorities and steward relationships with Works Councils and unions while ensuring compliance with labour policies. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People & Culture in a retail environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into concrete actions with measurable impact.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft in line with business priorities.
• Develop the organisation by empowering people to grow and contribute to the business.
• Ensure the right people and competences through workforce planning, recruitment, and development.
• Partner with the Management Team on talent development and organisational development.
• Lead and develop the P&C team with high-quality delivery and continuous development.
• Maintain constructive relationships with co-workers, Works Council, unions and external stakeholders while safeguarding IKEA Delft interests.
• Foster a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment focusing on wellbeing and sustainable employability.
• Monitor key people metrics and drive improvements in people and business performance.
• Support leaders through change, growth, and building high-performing teams.
