Assai Software is seeking an experienced People Partner to advise managers, drive performance, development and engagement, and lead HR projects across five countries. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure accurate HR administration, and collaborate with Finance and Legal to support growth.

You'll become part of a close-knit People & Culture team, working alongside the Manager People & Culture and the People Coordinator. Together, you support the business across five countries while partnering closely with managers, Finance and Legal to create an outstanding employee experience.

As People Partner, you'll be the trusted HR advisor for managers across the business. You'll help drive employee performance, development and engagement while leading People projects that improve the way we work.
We're looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a proactive mindset.
You'll have:
Partnering with managers on performance, development and employee relations.
Leading People & Culture improvement projects from idea to implementation.
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensuring accurate HR administration, contracts and payroll coordination.
Helping maintain compliant HR practices across our international offices.
Working closely with People & Culture, Finance and Legal to support business growth.
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, including business partnering.
Experience managing HR projects independently.
Knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in an international and/or SaaS environment is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Above all, you're practical, accurate, approachable and comfortable taking ownership.
