Accenture the Netherlands seeks a Pension Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end pension technology programs for funds, administrators, and insurers. You will oversee migrations, data transfers, and integrations with external platforms, ensuring regulatory alignment and delivery excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in pensions/financial services, strong stakeholder management, and leadership of cross-functional teams. A deep knowledge of pension processes and Dutch reforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within pensions and/or financial services.
• Experience delivering pension software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of pension processes and Dutch legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pension technology programs.
• Manage migrations, integrations, and data transfers for pension systems.
• Align delivery roadmaps with regulatory requirements and client goals.
• Coach and lead cross-functional teams of analysts, developers, and migration specialists.
