Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners seeks a Pega Operations Engineer to join a client in the Financial Services sector. You will oversee the operational stability, availability, and performance of the Pega platform, acting as the bridge between Operations and Development.

The role is hybrid, based in Utrecht, with a 10-month contract (Freelancer/ZZP). Proficiency in Dutch and English is required to coordinate incident response, deployments, and continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have Pega CSA certification.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega Platform in Production environments.
• Experience with PDC for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Own monitoring, incident resolution, deployments and platform improvements.
• Bridge between Operations and Development teams to drive stability.
• Ensure operational availability and performance of the Pega platform.
