Rabobank is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect to shape the Financial Economic Crime domain with hands‑on architectural leadership and delivery excellence. You will design end‑to‑end Pega solutions, drive maintainability, and mentor offshore teams while aligning technical outcomes with business objectives.

You will lead technical discussions, collaborate with product owners, developers, and architects, and ensure high quality, scalable platforms.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563 (scale 10)for a 36-hour work week.
• Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
• Development budget: EUR 1,400 development budget per year for your growth and development.

Summary

As a Pega Lead System Architect at Rabobank, you will work within the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain, building and improving Pega solutions that support investigations and regulatory compliance. You will use technologies such as Pega Platform, Pega Constellation, DevOps practices, API integrations, and system architecture principles to deliver scalable and stable solutions. In this role, you combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, guiding development teams and ensuring high‑quality implementations that align with Pega standards.
