Rabobank is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect to shape the Financial Economic Crime domain with hands‑on architectural leadership and delivery excellence. You will design end‑to‑end Pega solutions, drive maintainability, and mentor offshore teams while aligning technical outcomes with business objectives.

You will lead technical discussions, collaborate with product owners, developers, and architects, and ensure high quality, scalable platforms.

Formación

• Must have proven experience delivering end‑to‑end Pega implementations.
• Hands‑on experience designing using Pega Constellation and integrating systems.
• Demonstrated ownership from requirements to production handover.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Pega solutions including architecture and integrations.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable Pega‑based solutions.
• Guide and mentor developers and offshore colleagues in best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to align solutions with business goals.
• Safeguard application stability, continuity and quality while avoiding incidents.
