Job summary

Dow is seeking a Payroll Representative Germany to support payroll processing from Terneuzen, NL. You will ensure timely, accurate payroll for employees and manage confidential data, coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role requires 2+ years in payroll, fluency in English and German (CEFR C1/C2), and a 40-hour work week. Dow offers a competitive salary, pension enrollment, and travel reimbursement through Manpower.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or MBO 4 level in HR/Finance or related area.
• Excellent command of English and German (CEFR C1/C2).
• 2 years payroll experience or affinity with numbers and data.
• 40 hours per week availability.
• Dutch work permit valid for at least nine months or EU nationality.
• A Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management for efficiency.
• Process information confidentially with high accuracy.
• Interchange salary data with payroll provider and validate processing.
• Prepare and execute accurate payments to employees, authorities, and the payroll provider.
