Jobster is seeking a Payroll Representative to support payroll delivery for Germany within the EMEAI region. You will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local legislation and labor conditions.

Based in Terneuzen, Netherlands, this full-time role offers a competitive salary, holiday and 13th month benefits, and access to training through Manpower Academy. Cross-border work from nearby Belgium is possible for EU citizens.

Job description

We are seeking a Payroll Representative to support payroll delivery for Germany within the EMEAI region. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local legislation, company policies, and agreed labor conditions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, resolving payroll issues and contributing to a best-in-class employee experience.

Do you live just across the border in Belgium (for example in Ghent, Zelzate, or Assenede) and would you also like to get to work? That is possible! As an EU citizen with a valid identity document, you can also work in the Netherlands.

What You'll Be Doing

As Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently and accurately
• Processing payroll information with confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ensuring timely and correct payments to employees and local authorities
• Performing activities according to internal control and compliance frameworks
• Addressing employee payroll queries in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Supporting process improvements and collaborate across functions and cultures
