Job summary

Garanti BBVA International seeks an experienced Payments Technical Product Owner to own the functional and technical definition of payment capabilities for individuals and SMEs within the Retail Banking Modernization Program.

You will translate customer, business, regulatory needs into a clear product roadmap, define end-to-end payment journeys, and work with business, technology, operations, compliance and risk teams to ensure successful delivery and launch.

Qualifications

• Translate customer, business, operational and regulatory needs into a clear product roadmap and backlog.
• Define end-to-end payment journeys and requirements for multiple payment methods.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, compliance, risk and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the payments product vision, roadmap and prioritized backlog for initiatives including SEPA transfers, instant payments, direct debits and Open Banking.
• Define end-to-end customer journeys for payment types and ensure alignment with European schemes and market practices.
• Coordinate across Mobile, Digital Channels, Core Banking, Fraud, Security and Operations with external providers and partners.
• Own business acceptance criteria and support testing, go-live readiness and operational support.
