Qualifications

• Master's degree in one or more technical fields is required.
• Excellent knowledge (C1) of one official language (English, French, or German) and ability to understand the others.

Responsibilities

• Examine patent applications in one of our official languages (English, French or German).
• Analyse novelty and inventive step of new inventions.
• Conduct in-depth research using digital search tools and patent information sources.
• Apply legal and procedural frameworks to make clear, high-quality patent grant decisions.
• Communicate findings clearly with applicants and other parties.
