Job summary

MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer seeks an MES System Specialist to analyze, design, implement, and optimize the MES landscape with strong PASX experience. You will ensure system stability, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across IT, engineering, and production teams.

The role requires hands-on MES work in a regulated environment, plus experience with data integration, validation, and training of end users. Hybrid work options available on-site at the Boxmeer site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech) is required.
• Hands-on with Körber PASX MES and integrations (Level 2–4).
• Knowledge of databases, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design MES information systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES issues to support manufacturing.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and production teams.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Körber PASX MES solutions and integrations.
• Validate and document system changes; provide end-user training.
