Job summary

BW Packaging, part of the Barry-Wehmiller family, seeks a Parts Sales Representative to support our installed base and grow parts revenue. You will work with cross-functional teams and manage inquiries, quotations and orders with a focus on customer satisfaction and Lean improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or sales within a manufacturing setting, fluent Dutch and English, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. This role is on-site in Terneuzen, NL.　　　　　　

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, inside sales, sales, or aftermarket support.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred; willingness to learn considered.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and understanding of supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide timely responses to parts inquiries with light technical guidance.
• Identify correct machine components using drawings, BOMs and docs.
• Prepare accurate quotations in ERP/CRM and follow up to convert orders.
• Enter and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Process credits and returns; support root-cause analysis.
• Upsell and identify opportunities to grow parts sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance for seamless delivery.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives through process improvements.
