Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Fulfillment and Logistics professional to manage daily operations with European 3PL partners, ensuring inbound flows, returns, and value-added services run smoothly.

You will align with Sales, IT, and After-Sales to maintain inventory integrity, resolve integration issues, and optimize data and goods flow across Europe. Proficiency in NetSuite and ERP/WMS environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or ERP/WMS support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and exposure to WMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of EDI concepts and end-to-end integration workflows.
• Ability to perform inventory adjustments independently and document reasoning.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, data validation); SQL/BI knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams; proficient in Jira for issue tracking.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational flow between ChargePoint and 3PL partners across Europe, overseeing inbound deliveries, return shipments, and VAS.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and After-Sales Support to guarantee a smooth and visible supply chain.
• Maintain impeccable inventory alignment, swiftly resolving integration failures, and optimizing flow of goods and data across Europe.
• Provide precise customs clearance instructions for shipments arriving from outside the EU to prevent transit delays.
• Oversee return shipment requests end-to-end via Jira, ensuring ticket handling and ERP record accuracy.
• Coordinate exceptional and ad-hoc transport requests with complete documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and optimize SOPs to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
