Partner Account Manager – Europe

Reports to: SVP of Partnerships & Ecosystem

Level: Individual Contributor

Location: Remote – Europe, with preference for candidates based in Amsterdam or the Nordics

Region: EMEA

About Napster:

The Opportunity:

The Partner Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, activation, and ongoing success of our growing partner ecosystem across EMEA.

Working closely with our Channel and Partner Managers, this role ensures that new and existing partners receive a structured, consistent, and high-quality experience throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding and enablement through activation, opportunity support, ongoing engagement, and growth.

You will act as a key point of contact for partners, understand their business, priorities, capabilities, and go-to-market motion, and ensure they have what they need to be successful.

This is a highly relationship-driven and commercially focused role that requires exceptional structure, follow-through, and judgment. You will work across the Partnership & Ecosystem organization and coordinate closely with Partner Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and other internal teams.

The successful candidate is commercially astute, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple senior partner relationships and workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for an assigned portfolio of partners across EMEA, working alongside the relevant Channel or Partner Manager.
  • Build a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, capabilities, customer base, strategic priorities, and go-to-market motion.
  • Establish a structured engagement cadence including regular check-ins, pipeline discussions, enablement follow-ups, and business reviews.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders within each partner organization.
  • Maintain clear partner plans, actions, owners, and next steps, ensuring commitments are followed through consistently.
Partner Onboarding, Enablement & Activation
  • Own the operational journey for newly onboarded partners, ensuring they move efficiently from signed agreement to enabled, activated, and commercially engaged.
  • Coordinate product, sales, technical, and go-to-market enablement across internal teams.
  • Track activation milestones and proactively address blockers or gaps.
  • Ensure partners understand how to position our offering, identify opportunities, engage our teams, and navigate internal processes.
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing on launches, campaigns, events, content, and partner activation initiatives.
Opportunity & Pursuit Support
  • Support partners throughout active customer pursuits, ensuring requests are triaged quickly and the right internal resources are engaged.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and other teams to help progress partner-led opportunities.
  • Maintain visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, key actions, blockers, and next steps.
  • Ensure partners have the commercial, technical, product, and marketing support needed to move opportunities forward.
  • Escalate where senior commercial, technical, or partnership intervention is required.
Partner Triage & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a first point of triage for day-to-day partner questions, requests, and issues.
  • Resolve requests directly where possible and route complex matters to the appropriate internal owner with full context.
  • Coordinate internally so partners receive timely and clear responses without having to navigate the organization themselves.
  • Ensure Channel and Partner Managers have strong visibility into partner activity, sentiment, opportunities, risks, and outstanding actions.
  • Drive accountability across both internal and external stakeholders.
Partner Performance & Commercial Growth
  • Monitor partner engagement, activation, pipeline activity, opportunity progression, and overall relationship health.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase partner activity and commercial contribution.
  • Surface risks, inactivity, and commercial opportunities early.
  • Support quarterly and annual partner planning with clear insight into performance, pipeline, enablement, and growth opportunities.
  • Help build a repeatable and scalable partner management model across EMEA.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, Channel Account Management, Alliances, Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Significant experience managing strategic partner or client relationships across multiple stakeholders, geographies, and workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the needs of channel, reseller, referral, services, technology, or strategic partners.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of pipeline, opportunity progression, partner economics, and revenue generation.
  • Highly structured and operationally disciplined, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience driving partner onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing engagement.
  • Comfortable supporting complex enterprise pursuits alongside Sales and technical teams.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where processes and operating models continue to evolve.
  • Strong experience working across EMEA is preferred.
What Great Looks Like:

You bring structure to complexity.

You understand that signing a partner is only the beginning. You know how to turn a new relationship into an activated partner, an activated partner into meaningful opportunities, and those opportunities into a broader, commercially valuable relationship.

You are equally comfortable running a senior partner cadence call, coordinating support for an active pursuit, addressing an enablement gap, or ensuring the Partnership team has complete visibility into account activity and next steps.

You are proactive, commercially minded, and exceptionally organized. Every interaction has a purpose, every meeting has clear actions, and every commitment has an owner.

Success Measures:

Success is measured by the health, activation, and commercial contribution of the assigned partner portfolio, including:

  • Partner onboarding and time-to-activation.
  • Partner enablement and engagement levels.
  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline supported.
  • Progression of active partner pursuits.
  • Partner health and engagement trends.
  • Quality and consistency of partner cadence and account planning.
  • Speed and effectiveness of partner request triage.
  • Commercial opportunities surfaced to Channel and Partner Managers.
  • Accuracy and completeness of partner plans, actions, stakeholder maps, and opportunity context.
Our Culture:
  • Impact: Play a meaningful role in scaling our partner ecosystem across EMEA.
  • Ownership: Take responsibility for partner outcomes and follow commitments through to completion.
  • Collaboration: Work across teams to create a seamless experience for our partners.
  • Commerciality: Understand how strong partner relationships translate into pipeline and revenue.
  • Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Reward: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

We’re looking for more forward-thinking, collaborative people to be part of our innovation journey and mission to push the boundaries of technology.

Napster Corp embraces a diversity of backgrounds and experiences and provides equal opportunity for all applicants and employees. We strive to build a company that reflects a global audience.
