Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks an experienced Sales Professional (8 hours a week) to support the store at the Mall of the Netherlands. You will embrace the customer service model and drive brand initiatives, while delivering an elevated experience to customers in-store and online.

You will lead with the RL selling culture, participate in merchandising and training, and help achieve store and personal sales goals through multi-channel selling and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Meet store and personal sales objectives with elevated service.
• Participate in online and in-store sales initiatives.
• Promote in-store services and brand experiences.
• Support store merchandising and product presentation.
• Assist customers across the entire journey and inquiries.
• Contribute to team training and briefings.
