Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking an experienced Sales Professional (8 hours a week) to support the team at our Mall of the Netherlands store in Amsterdam. You will drive customer service, contribute to brand initiatives, and coach the team to deliver the RL Selling Culture.

You will participate in online and in-store sales efforts while promoting services such as alterations, gift cards, personalization and delivery.

Qualifications

• Meet store and personal sales objectives with elevated service.
• Participate in online and digital sales.
• Follow brand presentation guidelines and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet store and personal sales objectives with an elevated level of service and experience for customers in store and via outreach.
• Participate in online sales platforms and digital sales.
• Promote and leverage in-store services (alterations, gift cards, personalization, delivery, transfers, holds, private appointments, home products, online/digital services).
• Stay up to date with competitor activity and local community trends and campaigns.
• Engage in store merchandising activities aligned with brand image (stock maintenance, replenishment, floor changes).
• Assist customers across all points of the customer journey and contribute to training.
