Job summary

Stone Island is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our team at de Bijenkorf Amsterdam. You will drive sales, maintain knowledge of the collection, and support stock and store standards, while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required; experience in luxury fashion and international backgrounds are a plus. The role includes opening and closing duties, replenishment, and contributing to a team that values

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus.
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
• Fluency & sophistication in Swedish and English, another language is a plus;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Has strong knowledge of the collection
• Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling
• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
• Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
• Opening and closing responsibilities.
