Job summary

Thermoheat B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Administrator to ensure reliable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure. You will support employees, maintain systems, and drive digital development.

The role covers administering Windows, 365, servers, and cloud services, plus IT support, backups, security patches, and ERP coordination. Fluency in Dutch and strong English are expected, with German as a plus. Part-time 20–30 hours/week, with autonomy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or IT Support.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with networks, servers, backups, and IT security.
Cloud and ERP experience is an advantage.
Fluent Dutch and good English skills.
German is a plus.
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, servers, networks, and cloud services
Install and configure PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts
Provide first- and second-level IT support
Manage backups, updates, security patches, and antivirus solutions
Monitor IT systems and troubleshoot technical issues
Support ERP and business applications
Coordinate with external IT service providers
Maintain IT documentation and hardware inventory
Contribute to IT projects and process improvements
