Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an HR Advisor in Breda, the Netherlands, to support operations with a flexible, part-time schedule of 20-24 hours per week. You will serve as the HR contact for the site, collaborating with management and the regional HR team to drive people initiatives.

The role focuses on advising managers, shaping HR policies in daily practice, and driving improvements based on HR data. Dutch and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent level of knowledge or experience.
• Experience in a similar HR role, preferably in logistics.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advise, support and coach managers on inflow, throughput and outflow themes on sites.
• Ensure central HR themes land in the organization and provide input for policy.
• Monitor and analyze HR data daily and initiate improvements.
• Advise management on capacity issues and assist in key-positions selection.
• Advise on team development and guide development processes; handle complex cases (performance, absenteeism, conflicts).
• Assist managers in conducting complex conversations on absenteeism, function and development.
• Contribute to local and central HR projects.
