Job summary

Air Liquide NL is seeking a Finance Business Partner Benelux to bridge local operations in the Netherlands and Belgium with strategic financial steering. You will support the Benelux CFO and coordinate with the SSC in Lisbon to ensure accurate balance sheets and compliant reporting.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus) and 2–5 years of accounting/financial reporting experience, with strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial accounting, GL, or financial reporting.
• Strong grounding in GAAP/IFRS and internal controls (SOX).
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic financial cornerstone for local Benelux entities, bridging operations and SSC in Lisbon.
• Manage balance sheet reviews and support discrepancy resolution.
• Own local accounting activities and act as key contact for Auditors and Tax Authorities.
• Hold country sign-off authority for VAT, payments and reimbursements while ensuring internal controls.
