• Greet customers and embody the COS brand on the shop floor.
• Provide high-level service at every turn and start conversations.
• Assist at cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise new garments.
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming customer experiences.
