Job summary

COS in Rotterdam is recruiting a Sales Advisor to greet customers and embody the brand. You will provide high-level service from conversations to helping at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor.

Your role includes processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising latest garments, with a focus on creating welcoming experiences. Prior retail experience is nice but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to deliver excellent service.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Strong communicator with clear, active listening and empathy.
• Willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• English and Dutch language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service on the shop floor.
• Assist at cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the store.
• Process deliveries and replenish stock to keep displays fresh and organized.
• Merchandise latest garments and maintain visual presentation.
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming shopping experiences.
