Job summary

Lumos Experiences is seeking part-time event crew to support weekend candlelight concerts across the Netherlands. This in-person role requires weekend availability (Fridays and Saturdays) and the ability to move equipment up to 45lbs.

You will work with a small team to check in guests, assist seating, and coordinate with musicians and venue staff. The position offers flexible weekend hours and room to grow with a creative, expanding business in live events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays with 8-hour shifts (2PM–10PM).
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 45lbs.
• Must have a car and a valid driver license.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Check in guests and assist with seating
• Liaise with musicians and venue staff
• Set up candles and equipment under the supervision of the team lead
• Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays (shift is typically 8 hours, from 2PM - 10PM)
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment of up to 45lbs
• Must have a car and a valid driver license
• Must be willing to drive up to (and sometimes over) 2 hours to an event
