Job summary

Easy Eventcrew in the Netherlands seeks a Team Leader to guide the crew during festival setups and dismantling. You will be the primary client contact on the work floor, ensuring smooth workflow and keeping the team motivated in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor new crew members, bridge shop floor and office planning, and enjoy varied days—from seating plans for concerts to on-site preparations at festivals across the country.

Team Leader

The right workflow
As a team leader, you are responsible for your team and are the primary point of contact for the client on the work floor. You manage the team and ensure a good and efficient workflow. You take a proactive approach and think in solutions. You enjoy variety. For instance, one day you might be building a seating plan for a concert at the Ziggo Dome with your team, and the next few days you might be working as site crew on the setup for Down The Rabbit Hole.

As a team leader, you are the link between the shop floor and crew planning at the office.
You find it a fun challenge to teach our new crew the basic knowledge and skills, and you also enjoy learning new things yourself.
