Job summary

ATG Europe seeks a Documentation Management Support to assist the Head of BUC & PMSO in the European Space Agency projects, located in Noordwijk, NL, or Harwell, UK. The role focuses on management support, resource planning, and documentation control across directorates and project workplans.

This part-time position (20 hours per week) demands experience in configuration management, data/document control, and ECSS standards, with a security screening requirement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or related technical field.
• At least 4 years of experience in configuration management, data/document control, or CADM.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or regulated technical environments.
• Knowledge of ECSS standards, security, export control and personal data protection requirements.
• Ability to implement transversal, cross-disciplinary processes across projects and departments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation processes, management, and record planning.
• Define and implement documentation management processes for directorates and projects.
• Prepare the D/CIP Project Documentation Management Plan and related procedures.
• Contribute to management audits and documentation control requirements.
• Coordinate documentation preparation for Boards and EC/International partners.
