Job summary

GANNI is hiring a part-time Client Advisor for our Amsterdam store, 32 hours per week. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, deliver styling sessions, and build a loyal client community through omnichannel outreach and in-store events.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve KPI targets and foster a high-energy, results-driven team culture. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar retail environment, strong sales discipline, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Background in a similar industry for at least 2 years.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven, goal-oriented environment.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions.
• Establish loyalty within the community.
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store.
• Strive to reach KPI targets and maintain a KPI-driven environment.
• Drive in-store shopping events through client database and foster client relationships.
• Secure all sales.
• Maintain VM guidelines.
• Stock management in all aspects.
