Job summary

No Frills is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, stock and organize shelves, and support promotions in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll interact with customers, keep product displays updated, and assist with inventory tasks while maintaining safety standards.

Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is required; no previous experience is needed as training is provided. This unionized role offers hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the store.

What you'll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
