Job summary

WE Fashion BV is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to bridge creativity and commerce. You will help ensure the right product, in the right quantity, is available in stores and online, based on data and commercial instincts.

You will analyze stock, sales and margins, advise the Buying and Merchandising teams on quantities, size curves and replenishment. This hands-on role offers learning and immediate impact.

Qualifications

• Background in Fashion, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in merchandising, allocation, trading or stock planning.
• Enjoy working with numbers and using Excel to analyze data.
• Ability to communicate analyses clearly and work cross-functionally.
• Structured working style in a dynamic environment.

As a Junior Merchandiser, you'll be the link between creativity and commerce, working closely with your colleagues to make sure the right product is available in the right quantity, at the right time and in the right place - both in our stores and online. You'll do this based on data, combined with your commercial instinct.

Every day, you'll work on optimizing stock, sales and margins. By analyzing sales performance and stock levels, you'll advise our Buying and Merchandising teams on the right purchasing quantities, size curves, the distribution across different sales channels and the right replenishment quantities. This is a truly hands-on role where you'll be fully involved in the day-to-day operation. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes the job both challenging and a great opportunity to learn.

Where you make an impact:

• You have a background in Fashion, Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or a similar field through your education and/or relevant experience.
• You have experience in merchandising, allocation, trading or stock planning, or are eager to develop your skills in these areas.
• You enjoy working with numbers and can use Excel to analyze data and turn insights into concrete actions.
• You can easily switch between different teams, think in solutions and communicate your analyses and insights clearly.
• You work in a structured way in a dynamic environment and proactively take on new responsibilities to further develop yourself.
