Job summary

Dümmen Orange, located in De Lier, Netherlands, seeks a Paralegal to support the legal department in managing international contracts and the IP portfolio. You will help ensure records are up-to-date and assist in contract administration across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a HBO degree in law and several years of paralegal experience, with strong English and Dutch language skills. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment and contribute to innovation and value for customers

Responsibilities

• Support IP Counsel in managing the group's IP, including registration and renewal of rights; maintain records in internal systems.
• Assist with worldwide contract management, including signing and filing in the Legisway system.
• Provide legal support and advice on admin queries from colleagues globally.

Your tasks and/or responsibilities include

• Support the Legal Counsels IP in managing the group's IP; including registration and renewal (for plant breeders' rights and trademarks). Ensure proper records of all IP in internal software systems;
• Support the Legal Counsels in managing contracts worldwide, both in terms of signing and filing of contracts in our contract management system Legisway;
• Provide legal support and advice on admin queries from colleagues worldwide;
