Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker for a contract-to-hire role in Holland, MI. The position supports a steady production schedule, with a 40-45 hour workweek on a weekday shift, and occasional longer or shorter days depending on demand, ensuring quality and timely finishing of Structural Insulated Panels.

Responsibilities include measuring to spec with a tape measure, operating basic hand tools, following blueprints and work orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while

Qualifications

• 1+ year reading and using a tape measure in a production or similar setting.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience in production or general labor roles.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools for shaping and finishing materials.
• Basic machine operation skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow blueprint specifications and production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to shape and finish Structural Insulated Panels according to blueprints.
• Measure materials with a tape measure to ensure dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform final shaping and finishing before wrapping and shipment.
• Follow production instructions and work orders to complete tasks on time.
