Job summary

Aerotek in Holland, MI is seeking a 3rd Shift Assembler to perform basic assembly and machine loading of materials for PCB technology. You will set up and operate automated solder machines to ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires standing for long periods, basic computer skills, and the ability to read prints and materials documentation. This is a contract-to-hire position with competitive hourly pay and full benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Basic assembly skills required.
• Soldering experience is beneficial but not required for entry-level positions.
• Strong computer skills and basic PC literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic assembly ability with Through-Hole Pin Connectors.
• Set-up and operate automated equipment using basic computer literacy skills.
• Recognize and interpret customer/EBWE prints, WI’s/VA’s, and materials documentation.
• Apply IPC inspection knowledge for part placements, solder inspection, reflow, and final assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
