Job summary

AXIS Career in the Netherlands is seeking a production employee for the IBC department to build industrial containers. You will work hands-on in a dynamic 5-shift rotation, focusing on safety and quality standards.

You will assemble steel pallets and frames, finish metal parts, inspect outputs, troubleshoot minor issues, and help teammates. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mindset and proactive approach to tasks.
• Physically fit for demanding production work.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work in a structured 5-shift rotation.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1).

Responsibilities

• Assemble steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers.
• Finish metal parts to prepare them for production.
• Inspect products coming off the machines to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in your area.
