Job summary

DEPT® is hiring an Associate, Paid Social to support account teams with building and launching paid social campaigns, trafficking assets, and generating performance reports. You will collaborate across teams, participate in client meetings, and help with testing initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven optimizations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in paid social, a solid command of Excel, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of paid social experience (Meta Ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) and be comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
• Desire to quickly learn and master social channels
• Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbers
• High level of independence, curiosity and desire to grow your responsibilities and skill set

Responsibilities

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progress
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data
• Manage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects
• Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and clients
• Maintain a working knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and making recommendations for optimization
