Job summary

Urban Gym Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to own SEM campaigns across accounts and regions, leveraging automation and AI features to boost ROI. You’ll scale campaigns, test AI-enabled strategies, and drive data-driven optimisations in a fast-moving fitness environment.

The role is on-site with a minimum of four days a week in the office or clubs; strong English is required, Dutch is a plus, and there is clear room to grow within a dynamic marketing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing mid-to-large Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads required).
• Proven ability to manage and structure multiple accounts across regions/markets.
• Strong understanding of AI search dynamics and Smart Bidding.
• Excellent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimise, and scale advanced Paid Search campaigns across accounts and regions.
• Implement automated bidding strategies, scripts, and automation tools.
• Test and integrate AI search features and modern search behaviors.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies including A/B testing.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and deliver deep-dive analyses.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and automation trends.
