Job summary

Bugaboo International seeks a Paid Media Intern to support the HQ Paid Media team in bringing both the Bugaboo and Joolz brands to life across paid channels. You will aid campaign execution, optimisation and reporting within the Digital team’s Performance Marketing group.

You are a 3rd or 4th year HBO/University student, studying Marketing or related fields, available full-time for 5-6 months starting September 2026, with interest in Google Ads, Social Ads, Video and Display advertising.

Qualifications

3rd or 4th year HBO/University student; internship is compulsory.
Field of study: (digital) Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Commercial Economy, Communication or related areas.
Available full time (40h/week) for 5-6 months, starting September 2026.
Interest in performance marketing, digital marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Social Ads, Video and Display).
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager or Google Analytics is a plus.
Computer literacy: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day activities of the HQ Paid Media team and participate in product launches and campaigns.
Collaborate with Paid Social Specialists and SEA/Display Specialists to set up, optimize and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram and Display networks.
Set up, run and analyze A/B tests across Paid Media channels.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance; generate simple reporting and insights.
Conduct keyword, creative and audience analyses to inform optimisations.
Engage with local market teams and join meetings regularly.
