Job summary

Jobster in Breda zoekt een enthousiaste verpakkingsoperator om de productieprocessen in onze moderne snoepfabriek te waarborgen. Je stelt productie lijnen correct in, bewaakt het proces en grijpt in bij kleine technisch problemen.

Met jouw technische inzicht draag je bij aan een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en doorstroom naar Allround Packaging Operator in een fulltime rol.

Qualifications

• Eerdere ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur verpakking.
• Interesse in het verpakkingsproces en doorgroei naar de volgende stap.
• Nauwkeurig, technisch ingesteld en lichamelijk fit.
• Beschikbaar in drie-shiftsysteem.
• Vaardig in Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Eigen vervoer is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten en bedienen van de productielijnen volgens de specificaties.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
• Bij minor malfunctions ingrijpen en downtime voorkomen door tijdig aanvullen van materialen.
• Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en productie-verbeteringen.
• Werken in een drieploegendienst (ochtend, middag, nacht).

As a packaging operator, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes in our modern confectionery factory in Breda. You make sure the production lines are set up correctly, monitor the process, and intervene in case of minor malfunctions. With your technical insight and accuracy, you contribute to an efficient and safe working environment.

You will also have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
What you will do:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and carry out quality checks.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process optimization and production improvements.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Experience as an operator, preferably as a packaging operator.
• Interest in the packaging process and ready for the next step in your career.
• Accurate, technically minded, and physically active.
• Available full-time in a three-shift system.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English.
• Own transport to come to the work.
