Job summary

AXIS Career in Breda is seeking a packaging operator to support the smooth production of our candy brands in a modern factory. You will set up and operate production lines, monitor quality and address minor technical issues to keep lines running efficiently.

We look for a proactive, technically minded individual who is accurate, physically active and eager to grow. The role is full-time and involves rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) with Dutch and/or English language skills and

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging processes.
• Interest in technology and improving production efficiency.
• Accurate, physically active and technically inclined.
• Available for full-time three-shift system.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.

Responsibilities

With your technical insight and proactive approach, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while also having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
