Job summary

MSD in Boxmeer is seeking an Improvement Lead (Packaging) to drive strategic enhancement projects across the IPT Packaging team. You will manage a portfolio of improvements, prioritize automation, data analytics, and digital solutions while collaborating with Operations, M&R, Quality, IT and Supply Chain.

As IPT Management Team member, you will develop the team, apply Lean Six Sigma and project/change management tools, and ensure continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field; Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Green Belt certification is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with data, KPIs, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Improvement Team (13 employees) for future readiness.
• Define IPT strategy aligned with site transformation goals.
• Governing project portfolio including new product introductions and automation initiatives.
• Initiate and manage Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and digital improvement projects.
• Coach and enable cross‑functional teams in change management and structured problem solving.
• Support data‑driven decision making with dashboards and KPI reviews.
