Job summary

MSD Netherlands seeks a Manufacturing IT & Automation Project Lead at the Boxmeer site. You will drive IT/automation project delivery across sites, develop project management capabilities, and guide project managers within area teams, in coordination with Business Technology Partners.

You report to the Site Digital Manufacturing Operations Lead. You will lead standardization of methodologies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering and Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Computing.
• 5+ years of proven project management experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing IT/automation environments.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, historians, MES.
• Understanding of GxP and validation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and implement project management methodologies across manufacturing IT/automation teams.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage risks.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Engineering and Quality; liaise with vendors.
• Offer technical guidance on manufacturing IT/automation systems and integration.
• Drive automation implementations and integration with existing platforms.
• Collaborate across IT and manufacturing networks to foster a customer-centric culture.
• Ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget.
