Job summary

Karsten International is seeking an experienced Packaging Graphic Designer to lead packaging design across a broad portfolio of consumer products. You will move projects from concept through final, production-ready artwork in a fast-paced, in-house creative environment.

The role requires a solid understanding of print production, DTP, dielines, and color proofing, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with buyers, copy, QC, and traffic managers in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Packaging and Graphic Designer within retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience designing across multiple product categories.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong DTP capabilities and experience creating print-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging across a broad portfolio of consumer products from concept to final artwork.
• Produce print-ready files and ensure production quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with buyers, copy, QC, and traffic managers to meet tight timelines.
• Balance creativity with precision, structure, and consistency.
